Creative Inspiration (44) DT Card - Get Well Soon
Cupcake Crafts (109) - Pink & Brown
A Spoonful Of Sugar (123) - Spots & Stripes
Papertake - Sketch
Passion For Promarkers (71) - Vintage/Shabby Chic

Another Sunday, another challenge from Creative Inspirations. This fortnight we would like to see you make a 'Get Well Soon' card and we are lucky enough to be kindly sponsored by Ellephantastic who is offering the lucky winner 4 Digi's of choice We also have our monthly sponsor, Fantastic Ribbons, who are kindly offering some fantastic christmas pudding buttons to one lucky winner.

The DT were lucky enough to be given this sweet image to play with from Ellephantastic. He is called 'Broken Roger' and certainly looks as if he has been through it, doesn't he? Hopefully there are enough bandages and sticky plasters on my card to mend him ha! ha!

I followed the great sketch by Dawny P and used vintage colours of brown and pink for my image and papers. (The pink is very subtle and has been used on the image and the sticky plasters are pink). The image has been coloured with both Promarkers and chalks to give it a vintage feel, don't know if it worked but it is as vintage as I'm getting... The bandages were made by rolling cotton tape around a cocktail stick and folding a square piece diagonally to make a triangular bandage. The sentiment was stamped onto the sticky plaster with Stazon ink. Hope you like this one enough to leave me a comment. Thanks for looking.

Card Recipe

Stamps - Ellephantastic/Papermania
Papers - Jak Heath
Sticky Plasters - Recycled From Medicine Cupboard
